Scroll bar in adobe animate CC

Hi there,

Can anyone tell or fix the source about creating a Draggable button in X position and also by each click it goes to next stop. it should have 3 stop .

I suspect everyone is horrified by the thought of such a Frankenstein's monster widget. Maybe you could explain why you think you need it.

Sure, Recently I saw the HTML5 banner ads on facebook with the mentioned ability, so I want to create the same ads with the Adobe Animate CC.

as you can see there is a draggable white button on the pic. everytime, we click/drag the button , it goes to the next stop and shows another image and texts.

That's called a scroll bar. You want a scroll bar. Not a "draggable button".
