I think the issue is that there is some confusion between swatches and color themes. Color themes are saved automatically in your Library. You can go to Window > Extensions > Adobe Color Themes to open a panel where you can see all of your color themes. These live in your CC Libraries. If you want them in your Swatches, you can add them one by one as described above or by clicking on the 3 dots in the Adobe Color Themes panel and selecting Add to Swatches. Once your colors are in the Swatches pa

Hi mhaig,

May I know which operating system are you using?

Are your color palettes saved on the creative cloud library?

Try going to www.adobe.com and sign in using your Adobe ID and you'll see Libraries on the left side, click on it and you will see the things you have saved in your library.

Regards,

Sahil

Where have you created color palette? In Photoshop? Go to Edit > Presets > Preset Manager > Swatches. Select swatches by clicking on each while holding down Ctrl/Cmd to add to selection then click on Save Set and save it.

You must have color swatches in Swatches panel to be able to save them as explained. That's why I am asking where you have created palette. Usually I am creating palette (couple of colors for my project to maintain consistency in colors) in Swatches panel then saving it to Libraries.

The very last option, if you have problem with other recommended options and you do not have color swatches in Swatches panel is: open Libraries panel then click on color from your color palette to set it as foreground color. Click on Create new swatch... (page icon in Swatches panel) and save as new swatch. In other words, move all swatches or colors to Swatches panel and then you will be able to save from Preset Manager.

What name you gave to your color swatches when saving? Can you remember? Another way is to re-save in different location like Desktop.

The problem is that it saves automatically in CC, so I don't know where is saved and I don't have the chance to save it in other location.

Have you tried using Adobe Color? If you have Photoshop CC, then you can add the color palette to your Libraries from within the app. When you go to the Adobe Color page in your browser, click My Themes. The color palette will show up there. Hover over your color palette. You'll see an option to Copy Link. You can send that to your friends who don't have the latest version of Photoshop.
