Hello! I try to follow this Cancel your Creative Cloud membership  guide but haven't button to cancel. I saw that many people have the same problems. Why? It shouldn't be a problem anything that connected with money.

Please, cancel all my plans (I only know about Photographer plan, but to certainly I want to cancel all).
