Photoshop won't open

I've downloaded the trial of creative cloud to use Photoshop and premiere pro. The programs install but when I go to open them, they don't. This is what comes up when I try to open the programs....

I need to use these programs but I can't get them to work, I've uninstalled them and adobe cloud and re-installed but still the same message.

I'm working on windows 10.

Please help me out!
