See this post which might help you with your query -Lightboxes: Keyboard arrow key navigation.

However, this widget only worked till the Muse CC 2015.2  version and then the developer has stopped further working on this widget.

Apart from this, I didn't found any widget which might help you as of now.

Ohne spezielle Widgets/ Skripte gibt's kein Blättern. Die Standardtastenbelegung liegt ausschließlich beim Browser und Pfeiltasten usw. sind nun mal einfach nur für's Scrollen oder Markieren von Element zu Element vorgesehen.
