Difference Photoshop 5 and 6

In Photoshop 5 the picture is good, in Photoshop 6 not.

Is that a bug in Photoshop 6?

You are viewing the Photoshop 5 Image in Windows Photo Viewer, could you post a screenshot of how does the an image look inside of Photoshop and outside of Photoshop?
