PS CC - videos losing sound with rendering

Hi there,

since a few weeks I can not render my videos without losing the origninal sound. All 3 sound buttons are "on". I mean not an audio track which I added (or not), only the origninal sound.

Using:

Win 8.1

Latest PS update

Sony camera with .mts files and 256kbit, stereo, 48khz

I try to render some video from my mobile, that is WITH original recorded sound after rendering. So it could be something with the video files from my cam, but it was ok the last years and with other Software like Movie Maker it is still working.

Thank you

Sandra

Hi Sandra,

Is the issue happening with all the file or one particular file?

Regards,

Sahil

Hi Sahil,

it´s with all files from the Sony 7S. I asked a fried with the same camera - same problem. We found out, that only export in MPEG2 is possible with original sound. But I want to export in MP4.

Files from other sources are ok, no problems.

Greetings

Sandra

p.s.: Adobe support told me, that it should be a problem from my camera - but that isn´t - my fried has the same problem - or that PS CC will not longer support my camera type (released in 2014...!), so they closed the question as solved.
