Hi,

I was trying to download my first e-book (on my Sony phone) from my library without knowing that I needed some programs/apps to go with it. 😃

Created an Adobe-id, downloaded ADE and also Bluefire to go with it since that's what my library recommends. But now I get an errormessage when I'm trying to open the ACSM-file:

Namnlös.png

According to my library the book was downloaded with an standard Adobe-ID since I downloaded it without my own account? How do I get rid of this account that's authorized to the book?

I hope you understand my dilemma. I'm from Sweden...

Thanks!

Lisette

The authorize of a eBook can not change. You can only wait until the loan period has expired and start again. Then you can linked the eBook with out Adobe ID and can open in the eBook Reader App.
