My onion skin doesnt follow the frames around.

So basically, you know how every time to choose another frame to work on, the onion skin follows you around? Well, for some reason, my onion skin is staying in one place and i keep on having to move it [and im working with a lot of frames]. Any solutions? I could explain in further detail if necessary.
