Lightroom Catalog/Harddrive Issue

D drive shows up twice, all new imports go to the top one, all the older ones (prior to Feb 13 2017 were in the other one, it is the same SSD.  Is there any way to fix this?

Please take a look at #4 in this discussion Lightroom 4.3 Duplicate folders being created on import and let us know if that helps.
