When I try to export to new PDF file, the file downloads but won't open. I get a Fatal Error, could not connect to DDE server. What does this mean?

Hi joyced514,
I assume you are using Reader to convert files to PDF.
Would you please try to convert the files via web browsers https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf and let us know if that helps.
This might be temporary issue.
