I was wondering, is there a way I can write notes on a presentation before publishing it online? I'm using a Wacom Intuos, and I just want to take simple notes that will appear on the publish online view. Thanks in advance!

Would drawing with the Pencil tool work?

Even for simple notes, you might consider adding text with the Type tool, and using a handwriting-like font, then rotate as if sketched in the margins. Here are some available from Typekit, included with your CC subscription.
