Hello! I have a Macbook Pro (17-inch, Late 2011). Recently I had to get it repaired, requiring a data wipe. Of course this meant I had to re-install Photoshop. I have CS6 on an installation disk, so that was no problem. However, now when I try and use Photoshop the Keyboard Shortcuts no longer work. Or at least, not all of them. Normal ones that only use keys such as 'z' for magnifier and 'b' for brush still seem to work fine, but anything involving the 'Command' key (which is lol most of them) does not work. My keyboard and the shortcut work fine in all other apps. I have tried every single workaround listed on the Adobe Support page, including updating all the apps, safemode, plugin, ect. I have a Wacom Tablet but I have not installed the drivers for it since rebooting my Mac.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Photoshop is a huge part of my daily life and, as it is, it is barely useable. 😕
Thanks!
Try Help > Updates and you should be upgraded from 13.0 to 13.0.6. See if that helps.

Actually something odd comes up when I try and check the shortcut commands. It's as if all the links are broken, so maybe I can just reset them...? But I thought I already tried that.

Yay! I didn't realize that there was an update to the application itself. I updated it and restored to default settings and everything has been fixed. Bless!

Just remember anytime you reinstall CS software, you get the base install and you still have to run the updates.
