i was charged for a 53 dollar fee that I was unaware of and I needed the program for school however I dropped out because I couldn't pay for tuition and I'm still paying for this and I tried taking creative cloud of 3 months ago and they kept taking money and I had to cancel 3 times til it actually stopped and now this!

You need to log in with Adobe ID with which the Creative Cloud was purchased.
