Hey All,

I recently purchased a new 1440p monitor to go along with an older 1080p monitor I had, so they're currently in a dual desktop configuration. I started to discover that my copy of Lightroom 5.7.1 didn't really work on the 1440p monitor for some reason. Any edits I made would not show up when working on it. However when I swapped the program to the 1080p monitor I could see the live changes in the develop tab - ex moving the exposure slider around would change live on the image. Does anyone know if 5.7.1 is not compatible with a 1440p monitor?

My computer isn't a slouch, specs:

Intel 6700k at 4.5 ghz

32 gb memory

Geforce GTX 1080

Wondering if it's just because the copy of Lightroom I have is old?

Hi Tetra,

Lightroom 6/CC performs much better with these monitors as they are designed to be compatible.

Please upgrade to Lightroom CC/6 ,or use a trial version to see if that makes any difference.

Akash
