Publishing to mobile device

My question has to do with Indesign. When I publish the document and review it on my IPhone, by using the buttons I created everything works but it leave a gray shadow box which I think is the controller on the bottom of the video. Really looking to get rid of the gray box.

Our customer base 70% mobile is there a work around so this does not happen. The only time that this does not happen is when the video and image do not touch

I would test with different video format, to check if the device handles them differently

Browsers all have their own way of dealing with video. This is not something you can control from InDesign.
