Ok, I solved the problem. In the iPhone breakpoint I have used a different plugin menu that disabled the normal pin.

It is a normal menù created with standard menu of muse option on the top of the page.
It is not a part of other element.

I have also tried to pin a simple rectangle but it does't work

Can’t believe!

Create  new site, place one of these "unpinnable" elements, upload this .muse file to Dropbox or a similar file sharing service and provide the download link here. Then we can have a closer look.

Thus, time consuming „question and answer“ games or pure guessing can be considerably reduced.
