Installing Cs4 on new computer

Hello,

My desktop computer was recently damaged and it cannot be repaired.  I have the Cs4 Creative Suite installed on it. I also have it on my laptop. I know there is a limit of two installations, so my question is how can I install it on my new computer, when I cannot deactivate the version sitting on my now-dead desktop computer? I do have the original disks.
