Installer Blank Page

Every time I open the After Effects Installer and enter my information to log in, I'm sent to a blank white page that doesn't do anything. I've tried re-downloading the installer multiple times, restarting my computer, and even messing wth the OOBE file because several forums have said that helps. Nothing works. Any solutions?

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details. Start by checking your network configuration so the CC panel actualyl can load all its stuff.
