Blank Gray box

Hi,

I'm trying to collaborate images with me team of designs. In the CC Libraries they can see the preview thumbnails but when they drag them into InDesign they show a gray box with a red question mark. How can I share these images without this error?

Hi,

can you confirm the version of InDesign and the Operating System you are using?

I would suggest you check the Display Performance (from the View menu) If it is set to Fast Display, all images will appear in a gray box as you describe. This is to speed up your computer as it does not spend too much memory on the images.

Switch the display to Typical or High Quality Display to check if the pictures appear.
