Indesign file recovery

How to recover the 'Indesign files' if Indesign recovery is not working.

OS : Windows 8,

Indesign version : CS6 & CC 2015

Note: I had tried the below but no use.

1. Clear the preference.

2. Reinstall the software.

3.  Preference is fine on (file handling).

But Is it any possible to Recover an InDesign document while hanging application or Indesign quite without saving the file on default indesign recover option.

I've never had to recover a document. Not since I started to use InDesign in 1999. So I'm not an expert. I offered you the only alternative I've heard about. You should ask the questions to Markzware.
