Hi, I have a problem on PhotoShop 2017, witch make me unable to load any image, whatever the file format I attempt to load... PhotoShop don't show me any messages : anything append... So, I can create new image only, but I can't edit any.

I attempted to upgrade my graphic drivers (NVIDIA), to reset preferences and to make Performances Preferences to Standard : anything works !

Also, PhotoShop is executed with the NVIDIA processor.

Thank you for your help, and sorry for my bad English...

If none of those are working I would try two thing in this order.

1. Reset Preferences (which you say in your first post that you have done)

2. Uninstall Photoshop - run the Adobe CC Cleaner tool and then re-install Photoshop.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

For example :

Drag & Drop

Copy & Paste
