timross13 Aug 29, 2008 6:30 AM (in response to thanser)I saw this on my Total Training DVD last night. It is called a "motion path". I wish I could send you the excerpt of the video, but the DVD is at home, and I am at work. But, Google is my friend. Here is a link with a tutorial on it;
