Photoshop CC 2017 not opening on Windows after update

Hi, I have Creative Cloud installed and the applications have been working no problem but after a recent update, Photoshop CC 2017 will no longer load up and gives a message saying:

'Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'

I have also tried uninstalling the program and re-installing but am having the same problem
