Hi emils88159655

The are several reasons for the Initialization Error.  I'll need to review the online installer log files to troubleshoot the error.  Please upload the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Users\[YourUserID]\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

Thank you.

Hi emils88159655

The error is due to a possible proxy server issue.  Do you use a proxy server? Please do the following:

  1. Launch Control Panel and navigate to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items
  2. Click on Internet Options
  3. Navigate to the Connections tab
  4. In the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings section click on LAN Settings
  5. In the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings window, which option is selected?

The log file has "GetIEProxyInfo - Failed to get proxy for the url, error:12180"  but based on your screenshot you're not using a proxy server.  I'll need to forward this to the online installer team for further review.  In the interim, please use the NPAPI offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier  page.
