Uploading cinemagraph to Instagram: Render .psd file as looping MP4?

Created a cinemagraph in Ps.

1. Exported as gif of course. Worked fine, but can't upload that to Instagram.

2. So I rendered it as an MP4, but it only plays once through, without looping. How to render this with looping effect so I can upload an already-looping MP4 cinemagraph to Instagram?

Scoured the web, but feel as though I'm still missing something.

Thanks!

Post this question over at the Instagram forums. It has nothing to do with Adobe or PS.

Looping has nothing to do with the clip, it's a player option, meaning you define it on wherever you upload or embed your file.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I can define that on say, QT, which is fine, but as I want to do this on Instagram, I don't know that I have control over that. Defining it in another player doesn't solve that for Instagram.

What am I missing? Is there any measure I can take?

That's what I'd thought earlier, but all (Instagram) forums suggest that the looping is done in the MP4 rendering process.
