composite image issues

Hi, I'm a new youtuber and new user of photoshop and I'm having issues with making an image to leave at the end of my videos that says to "like and subscribe" and that also includes my social media. The template I used had a facebook logo where I need an instagram logo instead. I tried spot healing and watched tutorials but nothing seems to fit that situation. I don't know what to do or how to do it, can someone please help?
