Bough ebooks from takealot and downloaded takealot ereader app.  Takealot tech says the ebooks were downloaded and opened without Adobe Digital Editions being authorised, if this is the case, then Adobe would create a ghost ID to open the eBook and now there is nothing that can be done.

I don't understand as I still do not have my book from Takealot

The only help of is ask for a new download which can linked with your Adobe ID after you Authoirze Digital Edition. You, Adobe and i has no access to the eBook itself.

Only the reseller or library can you give a new file which are linked new with your adobe id.
