Working in 2 CC programs from 2 different accounts.

I have Photoshop CC on my personal computer and a client wants me to do some video work and use their copy of Premiere CC.  Can I have them both open under (2) separate accounts?

If not...

If I decide to use the client's copy of Photoshop CC along with their Premiere CC, does that effect my account at all when I log out and work under their account?

you can't open both on the same computer at the same time.  and i'm not sure it makes sense to use a client's subscription (in addition to it being a violation of adobe's tos).
