Disclaimer:

I've been using Adobe products for almost 20+ years and manage the team adobe CC account at my place of employment.

I've been using the Photoshop CC subscription for years and been very happy with it.  I like Adobe (for the most part, see below)

I feel I was suckered into the Adobe Stock 'risk free' trial by a one month trial that became a surprise $300+ commitment. I'm used to ordering subscriptions online (videos game mmo, netflix, etc etc. ) I feel the disclaimers were not clear enough for honest business practices.

I would like to have my Adobe stock subscription removed without the termination fee. (I feel this won't happen if try this on chat)

I wish to keep my photoshop subscription.

I thank you for your help.

I have the same issue and I've also posted a thread. I agree that we were mis-sold this product and the terms were not explicit. Hopefully we will both have the issue resolved without further penalty.

So the 30 day  trial isn't really a trial?  Seriously?

I thought a 30 day trial was so you could use it for 30 days with no commitment.  That's not how it works????

Hi Sheena,

May I ask where the case number is to be found? As I am Norwegian all correspondence with Adobe is in Norwegian and I can't find the term 'case number' in any of your e-mails. Do you mean my order number? In that case it is: ADD000119932NO

If you are from Adobe I would really appreciate your help to stop the Adobe stock subscription immediately and that Adobe will return my money for this months subscription. In this "non risk 1 month free trial subscription" I wouldn't expect to be charged for further subscription as I haven't actively chosen to do so. Here in Norway that is considdered illegal marketing. I really hope you will help me out.

Best regards,

Nils
