I down loaded PS 15 Elements and Premiere March 12th and now I cannot get Photo Editor to open on either. Should I uninstall and then reinstall?

Otherwise let us know what operating system you're using, what processor and how much RAM and how much free, clean space is on your hard drive.
And definitely let us know if you've got an nVidia graphics card.
