Un "N" Apparait et, After Effect crash

Bonjour,

j'était sur After Effect puis soudains un "N" entouré d'un cercle bleu apparaît et je ne sait pas comment l'enlever.

Donc je redémarre After Effect, puis maintenant il crash après 6 secondes d'utilisation je ne sait pas comment faire aidez moi svp j'en ai vraiment besoin

That is the buggiest version of After Effects that I can recall.

I would highly recommend at least updating to AE 13.7.1 if you can't go to something newer.

If you can't go newer, I'd recommend going to CC 2014 (that is 13.2).

Hi Roman LeSng,

Sorry to hear of your issues. Thank you for reporting on this and providing the screen shot.

We've been seeing that blank dialog box since the update. I'm investigating the issue. Make sure that your GPU drivers are updated and that if you have dual GPUs, and that any control panels regarding the GPU are set for the high performance one. Also, make sure you are running your user account as an administrator.
