Full Installer for Latest Version of Flash

Where can I get the FULL installer for the latest version of Flash?  I want to download only once and then install twice, once on my PC and once on my wife's PC.  All I can find is a stub installer that requires further downloading for each installation.

I actually prefer disconnecting from the Internet while installing software.  That way, I can log the changes to my configuration without any extraneous activity intruding into the log.
