Split page and rename file with header

Hello,
I have a pdf file which contains about 100 pages.
All pages are equal.
Change only the headers (eg Mario Rossi, Marco Slow, Ted Black etc etc)
you can do the split of each page, rename the exported file with the header of the page?

eg

Mario_Rossi.pdf

Marco_Slow.pdf

Ted_Blak.pdf

If the files are consistent and the text identifiable, then yes, this

should be possible using a script.

I've developed many similar scripts in the past and will be happy to check

out the file and let you know if I think it's possible, and if so for how

much.
