I am looking for some official advice as we purchased some software licences in 2013 that included CS2/Photoshop and over the last few weeks it has started running in a haphazard fashion with toolbars blacking out and windows disappearing whilst in use.
We are potentially looking to un-install / re-install the software but I understand any activation key that we may be able to find may be useless now anyway.
I am loathe to uninstall software that although it is working badly, is working and potentially be left with nothing because we can't "activate" it.
PC's are Windows 7 and having rung and emailed Adobe am told this is my only route to resolve the issue.
Please can somebody at Adobe give me instruction.
Thanks & regards

An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in newer Windows
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-or
