Hello everybody,
Last year on the 13th of june I buy a 1-year-license of the Creative Cloud.
Today I wanted to install the apps on my Mac, but the CC says, their is no license.
On my account it's also not shown.
What can I do? I used the apps some weeks ago and now i wondering, why I can not see my license.
They offer me a test-version, but I paid for 1 year.
Sorry for my english. I'm german and now I'm a little bit desperate
I found the mistake:
I have two accounts, a googlemail and a gmail-account. Same e-mail-adress, but two accounts.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
