Hi,

Every time I try to start up After Effects CC an error message appears and it quits unexpectedly.

This happens everytime, either when I try to open an existing project or start up the application from the launchpad.

I tried restarting the computer, and uninstalling/installing After Effects again, making sure all plugins and files were deleted!

What is the problem and how can I solve it?

Can someone help me?
