Hi, i need to know if InDesign is the right tool for email newsletter, if so, what is the right size?

If you do it as PDF, Yes. Otherwise no.
Use the paper size you expect the consumer will print on it, in Europe it is normally A4 (210 x 297 mm)

InDesign is definitely not the right tool for an email newsletter. You need to use a customized tool like Mailchimp.
Or Constant Contact.
