Photoshop CS5 [Can I swap Windows serial number for Mac?]

I have a physical CD (student) version of Photoshop CS5 for Windows from around 7 or 8 years ago.

I know that this version will be incompatible with Mac. I have a new Macbook and want to be able to install Photoshop on it.

My question is - can I contact Adobe about getting a key for a Mac version?

I spent over £300 on the student version and it would be a massive shame to not be able to use it anymore!!!

Although Adobe does have a platform swap process (swap Win serial for Mac and vice versa), it only applies to CS6. CS5 is too old to qualify.

Your only option now is to join the Adobe Cloud.
