After Effects CC 2017 Won't Open Shows Blank Information Box

One Day after turning on my computer and went to open After Effects. and it simply would just display this box.

All other Adobe programs work correctly such as Premiere Pro Photoshop and Media Encoder

I have Tried:

• Reinstalling after effects
• Reinstalling all adobe software
• deleting all adobe folders on my computer and doing a fresh install (folders in AppData, Documents and in both Program Files Folders)

And Nothing Seems to fix the Problem.

My PC Specs are

Windows 10 version 1607

Cpu: Intel i5-4690k @ 4.2GHz

Ram: 16GB DDR 3

GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 Version 378.78

Main Storage: (where adobe programs are installed) Kingston 120gb SSD

All Adobe software on Newest versions as of 18/03/17

This bug should be fixed in the update that released today. See Tim's post about it here. The After Effects CC 2017 update to version 14.2 is rolling out worldwide. It may take a day or so to show up for you depending on where you live. You also may need to log out and back in to your CC app or other funky things to get it to show up.
