LR 2015.9 doesn't synchronize with LR Mobil (Android and iOS)

Since LR 2015.9 the synchronization doesn't work. Whether to Android nor iOs nor Adobe Cloud.

Please try the steps mentioned below:-

  • Sign out and then sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. For details, see Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps.
  • Ensure that your Lightroom for mobile app is up to date.
  • Ensure that Lightroom for mobile is running in the foreground, especially when the syncing is in progress. To achieve this, make sure that your mobile device does not go into the sleep mode.
