I am seeing frozen login screen after entering login credentials on my Desktop Lighroom mobile.

What do you mean by Desktop Lightroom Mobile? There is LR for desktop/notebook computers, Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS X, and LR Mobile for Apple iOS and Android phones and tablets.
