Hi I have a problem,
I do all the necessary work on a photo in the lightroom interface, I then export it but it doesn't look anything like I have worked on.
Please help this is very frustrating 😕

Your screenshot from Lightroom shows that the image is noisy and over sharpened.
By exporting with Output sharpening set to Screen/High, you're adding more sharpening, which will also sharpen the noise, and the image looks worse.
You need to reduce the sharpening in Develop in Lightroom, and possibly add some noise reduction.
Is the original a jpg that has been sharpened in the camera? If so, you shouldn't use any sharpening in Develop, and may be no output sharpening either.

Please explain in detail how the exported image is different.
Screenshots of the two images as well as of your export settings will also help us diagnose the problem.

Please also include screen shots of your color settings in both Lightroom and the program that you are saying the images do not match in. It might be in color settings.
