Do I need multiple credit cards to renew subscription?

I've got the Adobe Creative Cloud students version, and my annual subscription is nearly going to run out. I have to make another payment, because the credit card I paid the first year for expired.

I think I'm supposed to pay $205 dollars to renew the subscription.

It's been a while since I paid, so I forgot how to do this the first time. But do I actually get a credit card that has $205 on it, or can I just use multiple credit cards to pay?
