I downloaded example few sample files from:
ActionScript 3 samples for Flash Professional
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/actionscript/samples.html
(i.e. ActionScript sample: Dynamic text | Adobe Developer Connection)
They contain code files (Media1.as), but there is no code here:
Window - Actions
So, where is that code in the animation file ?
Thank you.
If you open dynamictext.fla the Document class for that is code/Media. Doesn't that work for you?

That class is probably in the right panel:
Properties - Publish - Class - pencil symbol (Edit class definition)
But I have one more question. When numbers are entered into fields on the left in that calculator, content of fields in the right panel changes. How it is triggered ? Because I can't see any code, any function name.
How salary_ti control when filled in changes content of some of other fields ?
Function Media1() adds a listener. Maybe that's it. But how this function is triggered ?
