Hace un par de meses que no utilitzaba el programa. hoy he querido abrirlo pero mi ordenador no consigue arrancarlo. Lo he reinstalado y ni así

I can't open the program. I have bought a new book but Adobe digital 4.5 simply doesn't work. I haven dowloaded the program again, but it still doesn't work. any idea?
