How do I get help with lightroom?

I dowloaded the newest update to lightrrom 6 and now i can't get lightrrom to open.

Like your operating system and what happen when you try and open Lightroom... any error messages??

I'm using imac with the latest apple software operating system.  I'm using lightroom 6 and i updated the new update last night.  Now when I try to open lightroom I get the initial little screen an d the program won't open.

Is it possible to revert back to the prior update so that I can use my lightroom product?

I'm having the same problem. I have Lightroom 6 as a stand alone. I set up a new admin on my Mac and now I can't get Lightroom to open at all.
