Hello,

i want to use my InDesign CS4 licence WIN on a MAC-Computer. I never use the Windows-System again, but sometimes i need InDesign CS4.

Is there a way to crossgrade my InDesignCS4/WIN to a MAC-Version.

BTW: i never need the Win-Version again

Thx

No, CS4 is too old for a platform swap

you may install http://www.parallels.com/ "emulator" on your Mac to run Windows programs

The latest Mac operating systems need InDesign CC2015/2017, which you can get on a monthly subscription. You can run InDesign on two computers – but not at the same time – and they can be Windows or Mac versions or one of each.

Thank for your answer. Is it possible to Upgrade my Win-Version to CS5 or 6? an then platform-swap to a Mac-System?

Sometimes i need the InDesign, but it is not enough to buy a completle new Version or rent CC

Adobe no longer sells those versions, and has not provided them to vendors for 4+ years, so BE VERY WARY of buying from anyone who CLAIMS to sell CS6 and earlier

If you only use InDesign occasionally you can choose a plan that allows you to subscribe by the month.
