Video stablize

I have video footage where my panning was a little rough/choppy. Is there a way to smooth or stabilize the video (panning). I have Photoshop CC (Ver. 2017.0.1)

I'm hopping I do not have to buy / subscribe to yet another Photoshop product.

Photoshop has no built-in stabilizer.  You need After Effects or Premiere Pro's warp stabilizer.
