The description for a similar image says it was taken January 28, 2017 in Bilbao and is a sculpture by Lorenzo Coullaut Valera from 1927 in the center of the plaza del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus in the Square of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Good Day!
